Ana Larrea-Albert  Biography:

Ana is passionate about transforming lives and organizations. Fueled by her purpose of  building more confident and effective leaders, Ana runs the Institute of Leadership and  Culture to shape today’s decision-makers, empower tomorrow’s teams, and meet the future with confidence.  

As an Adjunct Professor of Leadership & Organizations in the Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) program at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), she provides high performers with the tools to improve their leadership skills, discover their purpose, and make an impact in their fields. She is writing a book on this subject: “Beyond Enough:  The High Performer’s Path to Confident Leadership”, out end of 2024. 

With over two decades in the business sector, she left her executive-level role as Vice  President of Marketing and Customer Experience to follow her passion, which led her to  graduate with a Master’s in Public Administration focused on Management, Leadership, and Decision Sciences from Harvard University. Ana also holds an MBA from FAU and  is a certified Organization Development Professional.  Ana’s mission of empowering others extends beyond adults. She writes a bilingual children’s book series, “ZeeZee Can | ZeeZee Puede,” encouraging kids to dream big  and take action. The series includes "ZeeZee Can Make the World Smile | ZeeZee puede hacer sonreir al mundo,” which received an Honorable Mention as Most Inspirational Bilingual Picture Children’s Book. She also co-authored the anthology "Today's Inspired Latina Volume X: Life Stories Of Success In The Face of Adversity," and has published award-winning research. 

Her work with the Hispanic community, including founding the Latina Leadership Collective, earned her recognition as a Latina of Influence and a nomination for the  Everyday Hero Award.  Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, she now lives in Florida, where she continues to help  create more meaningful work and better performance for leaders and organizations around the world as a consultant, author, speaker and educator.
