Professional Development Series:

Combating Burnout: Strategies for a Healthier Workplace

Interactive Workshop (Open to members and nonmembers)

In our drive for peak performance, burnout has become a hidden saboteur, crippling productivity and stalling team achievements. Understanding and combating burnout is crucial for enhancing productivity, boosting team morale, and maximizing output. The common belief is often to pull oneself up by the bootstraps, but this approach can lead to further stress, exhaustion, and illnesses. Whether you're a parent juggling family responsibilities, a healthcare professional stretched thin by the demands of your job, or a business executive managing multiple projects, the pressure to perform can be tough. Burnout not only leads to underperformance and ineffective teams but also impacts our relationships at home. Understanding and combatting burnout is crucial for enhancing productivity, boosting team morale, and maximizing output in a business or work setting. Discover "Combating Burnout: Strategies for a Healthy Workplace," a transformative training session that equips leaders and teams with practical strategies to foster resilience and well-being in the workplace. Led by Human Resources Executives from JPMorgan Chase and Lumiere Health International, and hosted by the Harvard Latino Alumni Association (HLAA).
